As you are probably aware, our Governor has created a four-phase plan to reopen our economy called "Safe Start Washington".  Kitsap County was given approval to begin Phase 2 operations on May 28th, 2020 and we are pleased to announce that both of our locations will reopen for in-store shopping on Monday, June 1st. 

We strictly follow all CDC guidelines for cleanliness, sanitation, and social distancing.  Please note that we do take social distancing very seriously and have placed additional signage and floor markers in both locations to assist in this practice.  We perform hourly cleaning of all high touch services and enhanced deep cleaning at the end of each day.  Safety shields have been installed at each register.  Our team members are required to wear face coverings and we welcome our customers to do the same.  In the interest of safety, our staff will only provide "no contact" collar and harness fittings until further notice. 

You can now Shop Online for all items that you could find in-store.  Our online store will allow you to choose between Curbside Pickup and Home Delivery.

When you arrive at the store, you can text our dedicated "Curb Phone".  The number for each store's dedicated Curb Phone is displayed in window banners at each location.

Retail Hours & Return Policy 

During the ever-changing COVID-19 situation, each location may have modified hours.  Please visit our website or Facebook page to confirm the current hours of operation.  While many of us are anxious to resume normality, many in our community must remain diligent due to mitigating factors.  Therefore we are dedicating the hours of 10 am - 11 am every Tuesday morning to our Seniors and other customers that fall into high-risk categories to do their in-store shopping.  We respectfully request that only customers in these categories shop in-store during that time frame. 

We would like to assure everyone that our supply chain is continuing to operate normally and we receive product deliveries on a daily basis.  While a few brands may experience out of stocks on popular flavors, they should be temporary in nature. 

We have modified the terms of our Return Policy.  Once stores reopen on June 1st, we will begin accepting product returns and extend the normal 30-day time limit for purchases made in the months of March, April, and May to August 31st, 2020.  All other return requirements such as original packaging with UPC and proof of purchase will continue to apply. 

Grooming Salon 

Our Grooming Salon will resume normal operations on Monday, June 1st.  All appointments scheduled in June will proceed as originally booked.  Our Salon team is currently in the process of contacting all canceled appointments to reschedule.  We are not accepting any new appointments until all previous cancelations have been rescheduled.  Please pay special attention to signage for newly mandated health requirements and specific entry and exit doors when returning to our Salon.  

Our Self-serve bathing facilities will remain closed until further notice. 

Training Services 

Private Lessons and Canine Massage Therapy appointments will be available starting Monday, June 1st.  Training classes that were in session will resume their normal schedules during the week of June 8th.  Our team is contacting all registered students to confirm attendance and review newly mandated health requirements.  Please pay special attention to entry signs as the waiting area for training classes has been relocated to our front sidewalk.  Our Trainers will come out and advise when entry into the building is allowed.  Each trainer and student combination will be assigned a designated area to maintain social distancing requirements.
