Home Delivery is available to any address within Kitsap County. For more information, please reference our Delivery Eligibility page.
Home deliveries are made every Tuesday and Friday.
Orders are typically delivered from 11 AM to 3 PM.
Delivery orders submitted after 6pm on Monday and before 6pm on Thursday will be scheduled for delivery on Friday.
Delivery orders submitted after 6pm on Thursday and before 6pm on Monday will be scheduled for delivery on Tuesday.
Orders placed after our designated cutoff times will be delivered on the following regularly scheduled delivery day.
Home Delivery is FREE for all purchases over $100.00. All other orders are charged a $10.00 delivery fee.
No. However, any delivery totaling $100.00 or less will be charged a $10.00 delivery fee.
No. We will always knock or ring the bell when arriving with your order. If no one is home, we will neatly place all items near the front door, unless you have provided special instructions during checkout.
Yes. However, frozen products are treated as a special circumstance and a Store Associate will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window. Customers ordering frozen products will be contacted by the delivery driver as they leave the store.

Yes. All orders placed online automatically earn Pawprints. Eligible food and litter purchases will also receive Frequent Buyer benefits. At this time, Pawprint Reward Discounts are redeemable in-store only.
Our online store is fully integrated with our Pawprints Reward Club application. If you qualify for a Reward bag you will be provided the option to redeem your Reward during checkout.

Once product is picked up or delivered, all returns must be processed in-store at either Naturally 4 Paws location. Purchases that have been ordered but not picked up or delivered can be refunded through our online store.
*Rarely, situations out of our control, such as inclement weather or traffic delays, may affect delivery times. We will keep all delivery customers updated during these circumstances.
No-Contact Delivery
We now offer no contact delivery! We will drop off any type of order right to your doorstep without ever having to come into contact with our delivery personnel.
