No. We will always knock or ring the bell when arriving with your order. If no one is home, we will neatly place all items near the front door, unless you have provided special instructions during checkout.
Yes. However, frozen products are treated as a special circumstance and a Store Associate will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window. Customers ordering frozen products will be contacted by the delivery driver as they leave the store.
Yes. All orders placed online automatically earn Pawprints. Eligible food and litter purchases will also receive Frequent Buyer benefits. At this time, Pawprint Reward Discounts are redeemable in-store only.
All returns must be processed in-store at either Naturally 4 Paws location. Please review our full policy here. *Please note that we are not accepting any returns or exchanges while our brick and mortar stores are closed to the public. Returns will be accepted for up to 90 days once the stay at home order is lifted and our stores are re-opened to the general public.
