No. We will always knock or ring the bell when arriving with your order. If no one is home, we will neatly place all items near the front door, unless you have provided special instructions during checkout.
Yes. However, frozen products are treated as a special circumstance and a Store Associate will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window. Customers ordering frozen products will be contacted by the delivery driver as they leave the store.
Yes. All orders placed online automatically earn Pawprints. Eligible food and litter purchases will also receive Frequent Buyer benefits. At this time, Pawprint Reward Discounts are redeemable in-store only.
Once product is picked up or delivered, all returns must be processed in-store at either Naturally 4 Paws location. Purchases that have been ordered but not picked up or delivered can be refunded through our online store.
