We've gone to Naturally 4 Paws for years and have always been impressed with both the people who work there and the products they carry. Today, however, exceeded even our expectations. We purchased (on-line) a prong training collar for our dog. I felt it was too large. We didn't know if we could resize it properly and we needed guidance on the proper fit as it is our first experience with this sort of collar. We took our girl and the collar into the Poulsbo store. Allie and Karen both gave us their help and undivided attention. They removed and added prongs as needed and we ended up with a good fit. They were so helpful and answered all of our questions. It would be a week or so before we saw our trainer, Noel, at the Silverdale store, so we were so happy to get the immediate help of Allie and Karen in Poulsbo. These are people who have great knowledge of and love for dogs. Michele & Roger Dean I've never written two back to back before. The day after I received great help from Allie and Karen, I had another question about the same collar. When I dropped by, neither of them was in. Fortunately, Lovehalla was there. She kindly and patiently helped me to understand what to do and why and kept Inga happy with chicken shreds until I finally got the technique down. Many, many thanks Lovehalla!
