All pet diets are covered under a money-back guarantee. We will gladly refund the full purchase price if you or your pet are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt, in original packaging, and prior to any product expiration date. Store credit for the current price may be issued for any return without a receipt, or after 30 days, subject to management approval.
Beds, car seats, apparel, cat trees, toys, treats, supplements and flea/tick prevention products must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging. Any "chew" toy guarantees are redeemed by contacting the respective toy manufacturer. Customers paying by check are required to wait 14 days for a refund. Returns or exchanges for online purchases must be completed in-store.
*Please note that we are not accepting any returns or exchanges while our brick and mortar stores are closed to the public. Returns will be accepted for up to 90 days once our stores are re-opened to the general public when Phase 2 of our state's four phase recovery program begins.
