Once your request has been received and reviewed, you will receive an email to the address on your customer account informing your appointment request was either approved or denied/canceled, typically within 48 hours.
We are currently offering online appointment requests for Training Lessons, K9 Massage, and Self-Serve Bathing Facilities. For Grooming and Human Massage Therapy appointments, please call or stop in the store.

Please note a "current customer" would only apply to those who have made service appointments with us in the last year and not the same as the Loyalty Rewards Customer Account when purchasing retail items. If you have shopped with us, but not had a service appointment, please select "new customer".
