Comcast Service Issues

To our wonderful customers,

We would like to offer an explanation and apology for our recent technology issues.  Both our phone and internet services are provided by Comcast Business Services.  This past week, their entire network has been experiencing intermittent and widespread outages that seem to be increasing in frequency and duration. 

We have installed a backup Internet service in both locations so that we will not have to close our doors or turn customers away. 

Unfortunately, a backup phone system is not available and we are at the mercy of the Comcast network.  However, even if our phone system is down, you can still communicate with either store location by using the Chat Widget on our website home page.

We would like to apologize to all of our loyal customers that experienced any inconvenience due to these technology issues.  Rest assured that we are working hard in the back office to migrate to a new system with better reliability and features.
